Carpenter Properties, Inc. has been in business in Jackson since 1992, and is led by Phillip Carpenter. Mr. Carpenter has been in the commercial real estate business in Jackson since 1984, specializing in the management and leasing of professional office buildings and industrial properties.

Carpenter Properties was initially created to assume the management and leasing functions for a major national real estate firm’s Jackson operations. Since its formation, Carpenter Properties has expanded its services to include additional brokerage services such as tenant representation and acquisition and dispostion activities.
